How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Likesfighters Garage Doors deserves fair and honest treatment. If that did not happen for you, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can reach out about any of these:

• How your call or message to Likesfighters Garage Doors was handled
• The way your personal information was treated
• Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
• The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Trouble Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, a good first step is to contact the provider directly and keep written notes.

Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short may be removed. Likesfighters Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, give refunds for a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@likesfighters.living and include:

• Your name and contact details
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number or form you used, if you know it
• The provider's name, if you have it
• What happened and what result you would like

What Happens Next

We will confirm we got your email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into the matter, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any action we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to review it again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection agency or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
